Petition to the Judge overseeing the Freedom from Religion Foundation’s lawsuit against the display of the national motto and Pledge of Allegiance at the Capital Visitor Center. The lawsuit was filed in a U.S. District Court in Wisconsin.

“In God We Trust” and the Pledge of Allegiance are a part of the historical practices of our nation. The Freedom from Religion Foundation's lawsuit against the displaying of the national motto and the Pledge of Allegiance at the Capital Visitors Center is frivolous. Congress has every right to display such important parts of America’s foundations, and it should not be censored in the name of being “politically correct.” I join my name, urging that you dismiss this unnecessary lawsuit.
